CHR 2300 exhibits excellent abrasion resistance and it has a low coefficient of friction, making it an excellent protection for surfaces or bearings that experience heavy wear. CHR 2300 is more economical than PTFE tapes. The high-temperature, high-tack rubber adhesive adheres readily to most dry, clean surfaces, firmly anchoring the product in place. CHR 2300 is frequently used to line chutes and conveyors. CHR 2300 is often applied to guide rails to reduce noise levels in glass bottling plants.

CHR 2905-7R is exceptionally stable at high temperatures up to 260C, has a wide variety of uses in the industrial and electrical markets. It is most widely used as a high temperature masking tape for metalizing or plasma spray coatings, used as a holding tape for components on circuit boards, inner wraps for coils and transformers and high temperature splicing, used in a variety of critical electrical applications. Other characteristics include excellent abrasion and edge tear resistance and exceptional flex strength.

CHR H7525 and H7575 (HVOF) are heavy-duty pressure sensitive tapes used for thermal spray masking and used as high-temperature masking tapes in thermal spray and high velocity oxygenated fuel (HVOF) processes. The tapes are used to protect portions of the part being processed so that they are not exposed to spray. They are used primarily in the aircraft industry in their repair shops as well as in other markets where thermal spraying is used.

Rulon backing is chemically inert and offers excellent high temperature resistance. CHR RU tape construction is stable, non-toxic and weather resistant. The film surface is self-lubricating and the backing is conformable. Both tapes are supplied with a peel off release liner. Skived, High Modulus PTFE Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tape. CHR 2250-2 exhibits outstanding dielectric and tensile strength properties which make it a durable insulation tape. The high conformance and strength/ weight ratio makes CHR G551, G561, G565 good candidates for oil and motor applications.

CHR 06004 and 06005 are used in applications where high temperatures and/or abrasion resistance is needed. CHR 06004 is used to mask parts during thermal spray applications, and because of the abrasion resistance of the aluminium foil, is effective when used in the HVOF process. CHR 06004 offers excellent abrasion resistance and is very conformable. The specially formulated silicone adhesive system provides an excellent bond to the part being masked and holds the tape firmly in place throughout the entire spraying process. It also removes cleanly reducing cleaning of the part.

The film of both CHR HM430 and HM650 has been subjected to a special process that lowers its elongation and increases its breaking strength for easier handling.
