Cast film products include mold release, vacuum bagging, monolayer, cementable adhesive coated, anti-static conductive, and heat weldable films. Our cast films are made up of very thin layers which have been individually deposited, sintered and fused together to produce a material with more uniform properties than can be achieved by any other manufacturing process.

SAINT-GOBAIN Cast PTFE film share developed with a unique multi-layer construction comprised of individual layers that are configured with different polymers and polymer blends. They are inherently void and pinhole free, offering superior dielectric performance and conformability.

UHMW Polyethylene Film has extremely high abrasion resistance, exceeding the abrasion resistance of steel. Coupled with broad chemical resistance and low coefficient of friction makes UHMW an extremely versatile engineering material for many severe service applications.
