PERMABOND® TA437 is a single component structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites and ceramics. The typical fixture time of TA437 when used with Initiator 41 is 20-30 seconds. The fast fixture time of TA437 makes it an ideal adhesive for high speed production lines. When the use of the activator is not desirable, the material will cure anaerobically in a close-fitting joint / in presence of metal, the fixture time will be 5-10 minutes. PERMABOND® TA4522 is a low-odour 2-part, 1:1 toughened acrylic adhesive. It can be used to bond a wide variety of materials including plastics, GRP, ceramics, wood, metal and other substrates. It is convenient to use in an easy-to-dispense cartridge with mixing nozzle or can be applied bead-on-bead* without static mixer. This product’s non-aggressive formulation helps minimize the chance of stress cracking in sensitive plastics.

PERMABOND® TA4611 is a 2-part, 1:1 toughened acrylic adhesive. It has been developed to bond low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene – with no primer or expensive surface treatment required. It can also be used to bond a wide variety of other materials such as metals and composite materials and is ideal for bonding dissimilar surfaces. This product is similar to TA4610 but does not contain micro beads making it suitable for joints with smaller gaps.

PERMABOND® UV640 is a single part, fast setting, and UV curable adhesive designed specifically for bonding plastics. This material has excellent adhesion to a variety of plastics including polycarbonate. Permabond UV640 has very high shear strength, elongation and impact resistance making it ideal for applications that require substrates with different coefficients of thermal expansion.

PERMABOND® UV620 is a single part, fast curing, UV curable adhesive. Its excellent optical clarity and resistance to yellowing make it ideal for bonding glass and crystal for a high quality finish. PERMABOND® UV7141 is a UV-curable adhesive with a secondary anaerobic cure mechanism. This makes it ideal for bonding materials such as ceramic-coated glass, mirrors etc. where UV-light cannot penetrate to provide full cure in shadow areas. This dual cure mechanism helps speed up production rates. The UV cure tacks the components in place in seconds, reducing the need for jigging. The bulk of the adhesive then cures more slowly to produce optimum performance.
